We follow the current state and local guidelines in place at time of show.

- Online through our website (calendar, home, or concert pages) or Facebook Event (Corning Opera House)
- Opera House Office from 12:30 pm to 5 pm Monday - Friday
- Our ticketing company is LUDUS
- All tickets include taxes, credit card fees, Ludus fees
- A Historic Venue Fee of $3 is added per order.
Box Office Policy
- Tickets: Anyone requiring a chair, must have a ticket
- Group Homes, Nursing Homes: Call for special group rates
- Refunds/Exchanges: Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged. Let us know if you are unable to use your ticket(s). You may choose to donate to someone who needs a ticket or the opera house.
- Events: Live events and programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
- Weather: Call the opera house to verify 641-418-8037, listen to KMA, KJAN, KCSI or check facebook/our website
- Latecomers: Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the ushers.
- Cell Phones: Please turn off or silence.
- Photography: Varies per performance. Absolutely NO flash photography
- Tobacco: The opera house is a Tabacco-free environment. This includes vaping.

Please be advised that the Corning Opera House Cultural Center may take still photos or videos at any event at the venue for venue promotional, marketing, security, or archival uses. If you attend, you may appear, and you agree to appear without compensation, in any and all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, including in advertisements and promotions. Please do not attend if you do not wish to appear in pictures. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Special Needs Patrons
- The WEST entrance (with keyboard painted on sidewalk) on Davis Avenue is handicap accessible.
- An elevator is available from the first floor to the auditorium on the second floor.
- Hearing devices are available for the hearing impaired. See the ticket booth.
- Balcony & backstage are accessed by steps only.
