Elton Dan’s rapport and stage presence is second to none and his magical piano playing has a way of engaging you in the full ELTON experience. Before you know it, you’re captivated by his incredible band including backup singers, and thrilled with the over the top costumes and high energy performances just like ELTON in days past.
The band plays songs from 7 of Elton John albums, including crowd favorites, Bennie and the Jets, Sweet Painted Lady, Pinball Wizard, and so many more! Seeing Elton John live at Caesar's Palace & Paul McCartney at Arrow Head Stadium made a deep impression on him. Dan has persisted in honoring his music hero and the legacy after seeing Elton John in concert 8 times. DEAN CHRISTOPHER - synth/keyboard, is a multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter from an Italian family close to New York City. He started playing piano at 9 years old, accelerating through the basics and studied classical music. He started performing recitals for NY State School Music Association at the age of 13. Then became inspired by rock music, learning to play the electric guitar and bass & knew he wanted to play music for life. WES FAULCONER - percussion, has been playing percussion since age 13. He has played in numerous original and cover bands and theater work. Wes is a graduate of UMKC Conservatory of Music. PAUL GREENLEASE - bass player, graduated from the Musician's Institue and toured around the world and US. He has worked as a studion musicina in Los Angeles and is outstanding in every kind of music from Rock to Reggae. His proudest moments are being a part of the Armed Forces Entertainment tour in 2010 supporting troups in Kuwaite and Iraq. C.J. DOTHAGE - lead guitar, is influenced by a wide varity of musical styles. He attended Berklee College of Music in Moston and is a member of the American Society of Composers Authors & Publishers. His attraction to Elton's music started while lying in the back seat window of the family car! He has performed over 2,000 live gigs. STEVE BARRETT, MT-BC - drums/multi-instrumentalist has recorded numerous Film Scores, TV and Radio commercials as drummer, percussionist, vocalist and voice over artist. He has made concert appearances with Shania Twain, special guest on Late Night with David Letterman and Paul Shaffer, Worlds of Fun and more. He is music therapist, working with clients from age 5 to 100 , who have every form of mental and physical disabilities. KAREN BACKES-DOTHAGE - lead singer, grew up with singing sisters and a family who loved classic country music. Until she watched the Sonny & Cher variety show and heard other styles of music. She sang with the Capitol City Symphony Choir, has delivered singing telegrams and performs at weddings. She has shared the stage with legends and tributes bands. She may surprise us with her Cher appearance! CHELSY LARSON - vocals, studied at Bethel College. Her vocal versatility ranges from rock, country, blues, jazz, musical theater and classical soprano in operas. She likes building the complex 3 and 4 part harmonies. DEBORAH CORDARA - singer, is a dynamic entertainer, known for her soulful soaring vocals. She began singing in bands at age 13. She has performed and lived in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, performing at the grand opening of Trump Taj Mahal. She has been heard on Kansas City Royals baseball, Toyota, Pizza Hut and Walmart projects |
