FEATURING Artist Jessica Montana, mixed media artist and creator behind With Care Creations. Her creative journey was inspired by her mother, Carrie, a potter. So the business is names With "Care" in her honor. Jessica's creations focus on nature, florals, and landscapes through oil pastels, acrylics, and glass paints. Jeessica is drawn to re-purposed glass and vintage windows. The transparency of glass paint allows light to illuminate the creations with a 3D quality. Her inspiration comes from her travls and nature photography to create beautiful one-of-a-kind cards.
Deborah King is a mixed media artist with a BFA in fine art and an AA in Graphic design. She creates from a place of spiritual inspiration and playful experimentation. Deborah's work can be found around the town of Elk Horn in murals, business logos and private collections. Deborah also teaches paint and sip classes in the area and sells her work online at dkingsdesign.weebly.com SW IA Art tour is gearing up for the 13th annual year of connecting rural southwest Iowa communities through art! It is great for artists, AND brings people to experience small towns in our region. Chart your course through southwest Iowa, discovering phenomenal art and artists and the great businesses and eateries along the way! HISTORY SW IA Art tour began the fall of 2014 with a small group of area artists and volunteers. It grew from 2 gathering places with nine artists.
