Rental Information
The Corning Opera House has many rental options available. The audiorium will seat up to 300, depending on your needs. The conference room & kitchenette are available for more intimate settings for up to 48 people. You may also add the warming kitchen for catering meals.
Application for Rental
Individuals and/or organizations desiring to use the Corning Opera House must submit a completed application form and a security/damage deposit fee. Upon approval of the application, the facilities will be reserved for the purposes and date(s) specified in the approved application. Only persons 18 years of age or older, and competent to sign a legal contract, will be allowed to reserve the Corning Opera House.
For banquets/meetings, ask about our beer/wine services. For movies/live events, the opera house will have the concession stand open and retain all monies from sales.
The deposit check will be returned within ten days unless the facilities have been damaged or require extraordinary maintenance services. The actual repair costs will determine any deduction from the deposit.
